Established in 1995 Elegant International Cosmetics is a private independent company developed to production and marketing of specially or personal care. Our emphasis on gree chemistry encompasses reformulation and process improvement to remove eliminate hazardous substances. We use specially thickeners, human friendly chemicals plant and high quality
perfumes in our products. We look into customers’ needs and have the ability to manufacture accdingly under the supervision of qualified staff.
