Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or leaked product received
  • Expired product received
  • Missing item in order

Return Request Time

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
To process your request, please share
  • Order number
  • Clear photos/video of the product
  • Packaging images

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only approved after verification by our support team.
Approved refunds will be processed through:
  • Bank transfer
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash
  • Store credit (if applicable)

Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
  • Used or opened products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Change of mind
  • Allergic reactions caused by individual skin types
We recommend performing a patch test before using any skincare product.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the parcel has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
